These terms are between your company and Debt Destroyer Academy ("we", "us"). By adding money to your balance or using this site, you agree to them.

1. What this site does

This site reads the credit reports and documents you upload and drafts dispute letters and related letters for your clients. The letters are drafts. You are responsible for reading every letter before it is sent, making sure it is true and correct for your client, and getting your client's signature and approval. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and we are not a law firm.

2. No promised results

We do not promise or guarantee any result. That includes:

• any item being deleted, corrected or updated on a credit report
• any change to a credit score
• any reply, payment, settlement or case from a credit bureau, collector or creditor
• any money for you or your client

Every client's reports and history are different, and the outcome depends on the bureaus, collectors, creditors and the facts of each file, which we do not control. You may not tell your clients that we, this site or these letters promise any result.

3. Your account

Accounts are for credit repair companies we approve. Keep your login private. You are responsible for everything done under your account. We can turn off any account that misuses the site.

4. Your clients' information

Only upload information for clients who have given you permission to work on their credit. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business and your clients. Never type a Social Security number into this site; you add it to the letters yourself. Uploaded files are processed by an AI service to draft the letters and are kept private to your company.

5. Your balance and payments

• You pay ahead by card to add money to your balance. Your balance is used only for services on this site.
• Money in your balance is not refundable as cash and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Bonus money is a free extra. It never expires, has no cash value and is never paid out.
• Reading a client's reports is charged from your balance once the reading is done.
• You pick Standard or Fast for each client. Fast costs more than Standard. If part of a Fast job can't be finished the fast way, that part is done the Standard way and you pay the Standard price for it. Ready times shown on the site are usual times, not promises.
• Each AI chat message is charged from your balance after it is answered. The first message on a client costs more than the ones right after it, because the AI reads the client's whole file first.
• Before any letters are written, you see the list of letters and the price. That price is the most those letters will cost. If they come in lower, the rest stays in your balance.
• If something goes wrong on our end and your letters are not delivered, that money goes back into your balance.
• Prices and bonuses can change. Any change applies only to work started after the change.

6. Changes and refunds

You can change any letter yourself for free by downloading the Word version. You can also ask the AI chat on the client's page to make changes; each chat message is charged from your balance, and the cost shows with each message. Once letters are delivered, they are not refundable, because the work to write them is already done. If you think something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it.

7. Card disputes

If you dispute a card payment for money you already used on this site, we may close your account and remove any remaining balance.

8. Our letters and methods

The letters, templates and methods on this site belong to Debt Destroyer Academy. You may use the letters for your own clients. You may not resell the site, copy its templates to build a competing product, or share your login.

9. Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Questions: email support@debtdestroyeracademy.com.
