Quick answers about using Sue to Delete Letters. Tap a question to open it. Still stuck? Email support@debtdestroyeracademy.com.

How does it work, start to finish?

1. Upload the client's reports and proof documents, and pick Standard or Fast.

2. We read the reports. You then see every negative account we found.

3. On the review screen you choose what to do with each account (dispute it, cease and desist, payment plan, refusal to pay and so on) and answer any questions. You see the price of the letters before anything is written.

4. Click "Write the letters." Each letter is written and then double checked against the reports.

5. Download the print-ready packets, read the notes, and use the AI chat if you want anything changed.

What should I upload?

The client's Equifax, Experian and TransUnion reports. The bureaus' own annual reports work best, not SmartCredit or other monitoring printouts. Add their Innovis and Clarity reports if they have them.

Every payment plan or settlement letter, payment proof (receipts, bank screenshots, money order copies), payoff letters, and copies of any cease and desist or refusal to pay letters the client already sent.

Any refusal to pay text or email the client already sent a collector, and anything a collector sent that matters to a dispute. The letters can only use what you give us.

Do not upload the client's ID, Social Security card or proof of address. You add those when you print. Never type a Social Security number anywhere on the site.

What is the difference between Standard and Fast?

Standard: reading the reports can take a few hours, and letters are usually ready within 24 hours.

Fast: reading usually takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and letters are usually ready in about 30 minutes. Fast costs about one and a half times Standard.

Both write the same letters with the same double check. The only difference is how fast they come back.

If part of a very large file can't finish the fast way, that part is done the Standard way (within 24 hours) and you pay the Standard price for that part. The page tells you when this happens.

You pick the speed when you upload, and you can change it on the review screen before the letters are written.

How much does it cost?

Reading a client's reports usually costs $2 to $6 on Standard or $3 to $9 on Fast. It is taken from your balance when the reading is done.

Before the letters are written, the review screen shows the price. That price is the most those letters will cost. If they come in lower, the rest stays in your balance.

Clients with more accounts, longer reports or payment plan letters cost more, because there is more to write and check.

If something goes wrong on our end and your letters are not delivered, that money goes back into your balance.

How does my balance work?

You add money to your balance by card. Bigger top-ups can come with bonus money, which never expires.

Your balance is only used on this site. It is not refundable as cash.

Every charge and refund shows on your balance page with what it was for.

What does the AI chat do?

It works on one client with you. It can answer questions about the accounts and the letters, point out what to check before you mail, and make changes to any letter: the bureau letters, Clarity, cease and desist, refusal to pay, request for information and payment plan letters.

When it wants to change a letter, you see the before and after first. Nothing changes until you click "Apply these changes." After that, the packets and Word files have the change.

It follows the same letter rules as the site, so it won't add something that breaks them (like naming another bureau or disputing a positive account).

Why does the first chat message cost more than the rest?

On the first message, the AI reads the client's whole file: every letter, the notes and the account details. That is most of the cost.

For a few minutes after that, the file stays loaded, so the next messages only pay for the new part. That is why they cost much less.

If you come back after a break of more than a few minutes, the next message reads the whole file again and costs about the same as the first one.

The first message on a client usually costs about $0.50 to $0.75, and messages right after it usually cost about $0.05 to $0.25. What each message cost shows under it.

Tip: ask your questions together in one sitting instead of spreading them out over the day.

Can I change a letter without paying?

Yes. Every letter has a Word version. Download it and edit it yourself for free.

Note: edits you make in Word are not saved on the site, so the site's PDF packets will not have them. If you edit in Word, print from your edited Word file.

What do I do with the letters before mailing?

Read every letter and the notes. The letters are drafts, and you are responsible for making sure they are true for your client.

Have the client write in their Social Security number on the SSN line and sign.

Add the client's ID, Social Security card, proof of address and the marked-up report pages at the end of each bureau packet.

Never put the client's ID on a letter going to a collector or creditor (cease and desist, refusal to pay, request for information or payment plan letters). ID only goes to the credit bureaus.

Each letter's card on the client's page says where that letter goes.

Do you promise results?

No. We do not promise any deletion, score change, payment or other result. Every client's file is different, and the outcome depends on the bureaus, collectors and creditors. Please don't tell your clients that the site or the letters promise a result.

Nothing on this site is legal advice.

Who can see my clients' files?

Your clients' files are private to your company. They are read by an AI service only to write the letters.

Something looks wrong. Who do I contact?

Email support@debtdestroyeracademy.com with the client's name and what you saw. If letters didn't get done because of a problem on our end, the money goes back into your balance.

See the Terms of Use for the full rules on payments and refunds.
